These terms define acceptable use, paid feature boundaries, legal disclaimers, and service limits for IQMog.

1) Acceptance of these terms

By using IQMog, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2) Eligibility and your responsibility

You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for information you submit.

If you use IQMog on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform.

Do not attempt to break, probe, scrape, or reverse-engineer protected parts of the service.
Do not cheat, automate answers, or manipulate scoring and payment flows.
Do not use IQMog to harass, impersonate, or violate other people's rights.
Do not upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.

4) Test and results disclaimer

IQMog provides educational assessment content and score estimates. Results are not certifications for employment, clinical diagnosis, legal proceedings, or government programs.

You are responsible for how you use or share your results.

5) Payments and paid unlocks

Paid features are optional and pricing is shown before checkout.

Taxes, billing terms, and refund rules (if any) may vary by region and payment provider terms.

6) Intellectual property

IQMog, including test content, branding, software, and design, is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute protected content without written permission.

7) No warranty

IQMog is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQMog and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for claims related to IQMog is limited to the amount you paid to use paid features in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50 if no payment was made.

9) Changes, suspension, or termination

We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe misuse or security risk is present.
