During onboarding, testing, checkout, and results delivery, we collect the data needed to operate the service.

  • Onboarding data: first name, age bracket, education level, and any optional answers you provide.
  • Test session data: answers, question progress, start time, elapsed time, and completion timestamp.
  • Results data: score outputs (including percentile and confidence context), delivery selections, and unlock state.
  • Checkout and entitlement data: payment and access metadata needed to validate purchases and restore access.
  • Waitlist data: your email address when you choose to ask for early-access and launch-discount updates.
  • Technical data: browser/device context, cookies, and diagnostics used for reliability, fraud prevention, and security.

3) How we use data

We use data to run and improve IQMog.

  • Run onboarding, testing flow, scoring, and result rendering.
  • Process payments, unlock paid features, and recover access when requested.
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and inconsistent test sessions.
  • Support product analytics and quality improvements.
  • Provide support and troubleshoot issues.
  • Send updates about a waitlist you joined. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4) Storage and retention

Some session and preference data may be stored in your browser to keep your experience consistent across visits.

Server-side records are retained only as long as needed for product operations, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and support.

You can request deletion of data associated with your account or purchase email by contacting support.

5) Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data.

We use third-party providers for infrastructure, analytics, payments, and communications as needed to operate IQMog.

We may disclose data when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect users, payments, and service integrity.

6) Cookies and tracking

IQMog uses essential cookies to keep your session working, protect access, and restore purchased results.

We may also use limited analytics to improve reliability and product performance.
